GOODLY CAUSES
Where possible I like to be of assistance to organisations in raising funds. If you have a Charitable organisation which you feel may benefit, even in a small way, from my talents then simply get in touch. Obviously I can't help everyone but, I will try and help.
I actively support The Royal British Legion in its activity and also The Army Benevolent Fund. Their works are not only confined to the Individuals who have served 'Queen and Country' but also the families and dependants surrounding the Veterans who sometimes suffer due to what the Veteran suffers, love has, sometimes, a price. Our number of Veterans from Britains Armed Forces is ever increasing and I thank everyone who purchases from me, for their support which, in turn helps me contribute to these causes.
I also support Help for Heroes and Holidays for Heroes but, on a more random basis.
The first cause I helped was our own 3RTR Reunion fund, the Reunion being held each year in the Westcountry. The first donation I made was a Challenger 2 in Iraq which I no longer have the image of. It raised £250 into the fund.
This year I donated the OOOOHHHHAAAARRRRRR Cartoon to the fund which raised £120 in the face of some stiff competition from the generous donation of a pair of tickets to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, it's all to a good cause. A4 Mounted and signed prints of this cartoon are available in my shop.

Here we see the Reunion Organiser Terry Cording presenting it to it's new owner.

For the 2008 dinner of the Plymouth Branch of the RTR Association I donated the cartoon of the Tamar Bridge with 'Toll dodging' 3rd Tankies aboard. Albeit this is an extremely poor scan of the image. This will not be auctioned but raffled, given a hundred attendees, it raised at least £100 into the Branch fund. The fund is used to help members in difficulty but also to buy wreaths to commemorate the sadly departed which lately has also included young Westcountry members of the RTR who have passed in current operations.
