General Terms and Conditions

All products are exclusive to MalcyArt and are totally original pieces of work, Copyright remains the property of Malcolm J Cleverley operating under the name of MalcyArt unless seperately negotiated. Any infringement of copyright law (Including downloading/printing of images from this website) without prior permission of MalcyArt will be vigorously pursued with law enforcement.

Any artwork (except private commissions) ordered from MalcyArt must be paid for prior to shipment unless negotiated specifically with Malcy himself. Unfortunately not all people are as scrupulous as you or me!! 30 Days payment Terms are available to Organisations and companys subject to approval.

Once payment is received Malcy undertakes that products will be despatched within 7 working days unless otherwise informed. Commissioned works will be advised to individuals as required.

Every attempt will be taken to ensure safe packaging and shipment of the artwork however, once shipped, MalcyArt cannot be held responsible for damage during shipment. All products will be shipped using First Class recorded delivery systems to minimise the chance of damage. In the unusual event of damage the customer should contact Malcy in the first instance but ensure that the product remains with it's packaging for return to Malcy.
