Here we see the Tiger 1 - Undoubtedly a shock when the British came up against this for the first time then, the myth of invincibility more fear into merely mentioning its name.

However, it was not without its faults, keeping such a complicated weapons platform in battleworthy condition was no mean feat. Not the most reliable of machines it did however, have armour almost impervious to allied tank ammunition while its famous anti-aircraft turned tank mounted 8.8 cm KwK 36 L/56 main armament was something that no Allied tank commander wanted to see aiming at them. This picture shows the view you really didn't want to see where a Tiger was bearing head on towards your position!!

This signed print is supplied as an, A4 sized, mounted and framed product - shipped in a protective cardboard shipper. The frame has a high quality styrene glass sheet which will require the protective cello sheet removing before you hang the picture. The price stated includes UK 1st class postage.
