019a - A4 Mounted/Framed Print - Sd.Kfz. 186 JagdTiger
This picture shows a Jagdtiger withdrawing back through a war torn landscape from its defensive position outside Iserlohn to surrender in the town to the American forces there.
A 6 man crew was need to man this gargantuan 'Hunting Tiger' Tank destroyer. A very large vehicle - it makes you wonder why the Germans wanted to go even bigger with their 'Maus' or E100 projects but, of course these were tanks with rotating turrets unlike the Jagdtiger.
The vehicle came late in the war but, never the less, had quite a success record in engaging the enemy.
This signed print is supplied as an, A4 sized, mounted and framed product - shipped in a protective cardboard shipper. The frame has a high quality styrene glass sheet which will require the protective cello sheet removing before you hang the picture. The price stated includes UK 1st class postage.
