I hear you ask "What's NATO Standard"?
Well, When I joined 3RTR - I learned quickly that NATO Standard Tea or Coffee was simply 'Tea or Coffee with milk and two sugars'. Any variance on that, for example no milk or more or less sugar took it 'outside' of standard scope. The part number is fictitious of course.
