I wrote a book!!

What was life like for British Tank crews during the Cold War? This is my story of some of the mad things I was lucky to witness and live through during my 15 years in The Third Royal Tank Regiment - Affectionately christened - The Armoured Farmers due to the Westcountry heritage of our recruiting. It's not really about me though, it was written in the hope of rekindling the hazy memories of veterans who perhaps have forgotten some of the things they got up to. Written very much using my sense of humour (it should probably have a parental advisory) it has only ever received great reviews. The book is suitable for the layman as the first two or three chapters take you through basic training and a glossary of terms so you're not continually thumbing indexes as the tale unfolds.
